Seoul Human Resource Development
Seoul Human Resource Development Center The Seoul Human Resource Development Center (SHRDC) of the Seoul Metropolitan Government his the central educational center public servants of the Seoul Metropolitan Government and its 25 autonomous district offices. The SHRDC also established and operates the headquarters of the Metropolis International Training Institute to educate public officials from across the world, and supports international cooperation in knowledge sharing on urban development and policy.

Seoul Institute Global Future Research Center
Global Future Research Center (GFRC) was established at The Seoul Institute (The SI) in July 2012 to support international cooperation of the Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG). GFRC conducts studies on how to create and implement strategic plans for sustainable development of the cities, applying the urban development experiences of the SMG. GFRC focuses on Seoul Solutions, Megacity Research and International Cooperation.
